Dues of 1.695% of hourly pay and parking of $0.6911 per paid hour are starting values taken from Royal Alexandra Hospital stubs. Change them to match yours. Casual vacation pay goes 6% → 8% → 10% → 12% as your total hours pass full-time vacation levels (Art. 31.17).
